Produce is harvested fresh the day before; then delivered to a central location. From the farm to your table within a day!
We offer a weekly box consisting of a mixed vegetables depending on what is in season.
Our early season box will have lots of fresh greens like spinach, salad mix, baby kale, pac choy, arugula, and microgreens. It can also include green onions, radishes, salad turnips, baby carrots, stored roots crops and dried goods. by the end of june kale, kohlrabi, cucumbers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, swiss chard, lettuce, beets and snap peas are in season. The summer months provide the greatest bounty with tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, zucchini, beans and peas to name a few. Each week will have a great mix of greens, root crops, and field vegetables full of nutrition and flavor. Everything in the box is organic and locally produced in Westwold BC.
Pre Order for the month at the beginning of the month. The cost is $20/ week. We request one week's advance notice. you can order via email. Pay for the month when you pick up your first box. We offer several pickup locations: on farm friday nights, saturday mornings in kamloops, and mondays in Falkland or Vernon. Our CSA runs from the beginning of may through the end of October.
